Refunds Policy
If for any reason you're not
completely satisfied with your order, you may return any unopened product. To
qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened condition and
securely returned. We offer full refunds or exchanges on sealed, packaged items
within 14 working days of your purchase. To arrange a return, refund, or
replacement, simply contact our Customer Care team via email at sales@westernmart.co.uk.

Return Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your
purchase, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund, exchange, or replacement.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in the same condition you
received it, and in the original packaging.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted, such as when:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged,
or is missing parts due to reasons not related to our error.
- If you receive the wrong product, please notify us
within 48 hours. We strive to fulfill orders accurately but acknowledge
that errors can happen, and we want to resolve them quickly. For damaged
goods, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
