Refunds Policy

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any unopened product. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened condition and securely returned. We offer full refunds or exchanges on sealed, packaged items within 14 working days of your purchase. To arrange a return, refund, or replacement, simply contact our Customer Care team via email at sales@westernmart.co.uk.

Return Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund, exchange, or replacement. For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted, such as when:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not related to our error.
  • If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours. We strive to fulfill orders accurately but acknowledge that errors can happen, and we want to resolve them quickly. For damaged goods, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirmation of its arrival. We will then inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain period.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If necessary, reach out to your bank as there may be a delay in processing. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@westernmart.co.uk.

Return Shipping Charges

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. For returns over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
