These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Western Mart Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the customer, regarding the use of our website, www.westernmart.co.uk (the “Site”), and any purchases made through it. By using our Site or purchasing products from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes on our Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Opening Provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply
to all purchases made on the Site or via customer service. They are designed to
ensure fair treatment for all parties involved.
1.2 By registering on the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by
these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

Faulty Products
2.1 If a purchased product is found
to be faulty, you must provide proof of purchase to request a refund or
exchange.
2.2 Faulty items must be returned to us for inspection to verify eligibility
for a refund or exchange.
3.
Delivery
3.1 We deliver products throughout
the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish
Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Scilly Isles, as well as to most European
countries. For delivery outside Europe, please contact us before placing your
order.
3.2 Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. If delivery
attempts are unsuccessful after three tries, the product will be returned to
us. Re-delivery charges will apply.
3.3 Products ordered before 9:00 AM on weekdays will be delivered within 3–5
working days in the UK and up to 10 days in Europe. Global deliveries may take
up to 15 days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next
business day.
4.
Delivery Terms
4.1 All delivery times are estimates
and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 If delivery fails due to incorrect information or lack of response from
you, re-delivery charges may apply.
5.
Stolen Items
5.1 If you authorize delivery to a
“safe place” and the package is stolen, we cannot be held liable.
6.
Breakages
6.1 Notify us within 48 hours of
delivery if products are damaged.
6.2 Items must be returned for inspection, and you may be required to cover the
return shipping costs. Verified damages will qualify for a refund or exchange.
7.
Prices and Payment
7.1 All prices are listed in GBP and
include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are excluded unless stated
otherwise.
7.2 Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google
Pay, and other major credit/debit cards.
8.
Cancellations
8.1 You may cancel your order within
24 hours of placing it by emailing sales@westernmart.co.uk.
8.2 Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 30 days of receiving the
cancellation request.
9.
Returns
9.1 You must notify us of any return
requests within 48 hours of delivery via sales@westernmart.co.uk.
9.2 Returns must include the original packaging to avoid additional breakages
during transit.
9.3 Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety standards.
10.
Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 Western Mart Limited owns all
intellectual property rights related to this Site and its content.
10.2 You may not reproduce, modify, or use any content from our Site without
prior written consent.
11.
Limitation of Liability
11.1 We are not liable for any loss
or damage caused by circumstances outside our control, such as natural
disasters, riots, or government actions.
11.2 We are not liable for spillages, breakages, or improper use of products
after delivery.

Privacy and Data Protection
12.1 Western Mart is committed to

12.2 We will never sell or share your personal information without your
consent, except for the purposes of fulfilling orders or as required by law.
13.
General
13.1 All agreements between you and
Western Mart are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
13.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved
exclusively by UK courts.
