Returns Policy
If for any reason you're not fully
satisfied with your order, we offer returns on any unopened product. To be
eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened condition and
securely returned to us. We provide a full refund or exchange on sealed items
within 14 working days of purchase. To initiate a return, refund, or

Our standard return window is 14
days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we
cannot offer a refund, exchange, or replacement. To qualify for a return, the
item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original
packaging.
Conditions for Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances (if applicable):
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged,
or is missing parts, not due to our error.
- If you receive the wrong product, please notify us
within 48 hours of receiving the item. If the item is damaged, contact us
within 24 hours.
Return Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email
that your return has been processed. We will inform you whether your refund
request has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be
processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within
a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then
contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to
post. If the refund still hasn't appeared, contact your bank, as processing
time may apply. If you've followed these steps and still haven't received your

Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping
charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your refund. Delivery times for exchanged
products may vary depending on your location. If you're returning an item worth
over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing
shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
